Do I need a credit check to rent an instrument?
No. We don't run credit checks for our rental programs. We believe every student should have access to quality instruments, regardless of credit history.
What's included in my rental?
Every rental includes the instrument, case, essential accessories (reeds, rosin, cleaning supplies), and free maintenance and repairs for the duration of your rental. You're covered for normal wear and tear—we want your student to focus on music, not worry about instrument upkeep.
Can my child upgrade to a better instrument later?
Absolutely. As students advance, they often need step-up instruments. We make it easy to exchange for a higher-quality model, and we'll credit your rental history toward the new instrument.
What if the instrument gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is covered at no charge. For accidental damage, we offer affordable repair services and can provide a loaner instrument while yours is being fixed. We understand accidents happen—especially with young musicians.
Which schools do you work with?
We partner with band and orchestra directors throughout Bryan ISD, College Station ISD, and surrounding school districts including Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, and more. We're familiar with each director's requirements and can ensure you get the right instrument for your student's program.
How do I return a rental instrument?
Simply bring the instrument back to our shop at 119 N. Main Street in Bryan. Give us 30 days notice if you're on a month-to-month plan. We'll inspect the instrument and process your return—no hassle, no hidden fees.
